What are the full dimensions, including flanges on the under desk mounts?
The full dimensions on a mount depends on the model of the desk mount. The flanges where the screws attach to the desk measure to be 1”. The dimensions given are the outer dimensions and material thickness should be taken into consideration when mounting your unit.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is limited to countries and territories within North America. Please reach out to us if you would like a shipping estimate for a specific product. What is the best mount to support my specific model?
The best way to determine if the mount is suitable for your model is by the dimensions. Note that the dimensions provided on the website are the outer dimensions. We recommend that you also view our Mounting Guidelines and Limitations page when researching the mount that best fits your needs. You can also check out our sizing charts in the Mount Sizing Guide for more detailed information on dimensions and compatible models. If we do not have a mount that fits what you are looking for, please inquire about getting a custom one made.
How do I go about getting a custom size mount?
The best way to go about getting a custom size mount is to request a quote. The request option can be found on the home page. You can also Request a Custom Quote and describe the requirements to the best of your ability. Adding details helps us increase the accuracy of your inquiry. We encourage you to draw up a quick sketch with dimensions and attach it to the request. If there is a model that we offer that you would like to modify to different dimensions please add that as well. Once we receive the information regarding your custom order, a member of our team will contact you to discuss project lead time and pricing information.
Does this mount come in white?
We do not currently offer our stock products in white. However, if you would like your mount in white please fill out a quote request and include what product you would like and state that you would like it in white. Our quoting team will then review your request and send you an updated quote to the email that you provide. Note that this would be considered custom and is non-refundable.
Can wall mounts also be used on the side of a desk?
In most cases, our wall-mount brackets also work well in applications where you need to mount them to the side of a desk or entertainment stand. It’s important that there is at least .5” of material to mount into, and we can provide shorter screws for this specific application. How difficult is the installation of Oeveo Mounts?
We design all of our products with the end-user in mind. You’ll receive all necessary fasteners and hardware needed to install your mounts, and each product has its own spec sheet with installation instructions in the attachments section. We also have helpful resources to help with installing Under Mounts, Universal Mounts, Side Mounts, and the Xbox Series X/S.
